Our characters live in northern Minnesota, where there has been an enormous amount of snow, enough that you will sink down to your thighs if you try to step into your lawn. And, for some reason that only my mind can decipher, romance should be involved. I'm tired and lazy, this will be made better some other time. Sorry.
Rules.
Characters
No Mary-Sues or Gary-Stus, do not copy anyone else's characters, be original, etc. Also, I'm not sure I will be accepting many, if any, emo characters, unless they are extremely well balanced. There are just too many right now, and most of them are glorified 'Sues. I have the right to reject or ask you to change any character. Try to keep genders even.
Literacy
My role playing background, outside of the forums, consists of posts that do not fit on your computer screen. You have to scroll down to finish reading it. I am not going to expect that of you, nor will I do that myself, because I am on the forums purely for the sake of not having to do that. But I am not going to read your one-liners, so let's see at least two sentences. Nor am I going to read text talk. Typos are fine, of course, but I expect proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and capitalization. I will ask you go back and change anything that does not comply with this rule.
Respect
Respect me, respect each other. I may ask you to change something even though it is not specifically stated in the rules. If you think I am in the wrong about my decision, let me know and we can talk it out. Do not fight with each other. You know what respect is, live it.
Activity
If you do not post for four days without letting me know why, your characters will be removed from the list. No warning. Sorry. If you have ever been in a role play I created, you know that I actually enforce this rule.
I may change the rules at any time. Please keep checking back.
